This project is a construction through the nail access road which is 3.5 km long located in Ecolo e Bengo, Luanda, it was one of the most precise projects that I have worked on it . The project management was precise in terms of quality and time

• Here the responsibility was greater. Now she was responsible for solving work problems on time and without referring to management, in a way that did not affect the workflow and the specified budget.
• Managing the implementation of the project plan to maintain quality and deliver on time and within the specified budget.
• Distribution of daily tasks to workers, equipment and follow-up
• Coordination with engineers regarding the implementation of the plan and the quality of work.
• Organizing daily goods orders, workers' needs and equipment
• Issue a weekly report and compare it with the plan to ensure proper workflow and timeliness
