Prefabrecated bulding 2023 CONGO

It was one of the most difficult and complex projects. We had to complete the construction of 640 hotel rooms from the construction stage to the furnishing, in a very short time and under complex conditions. Therefore, the responsibility was great. We worked throughout the month, day and night 

Tasks Explanation :

• Preparing an action plan to ensure speed of work
• Ensure all required goods are available
• Providing workers teams in all fields, electricity, iron construction, ironwork, carpentry, etc.
• Explain the work plan to all workers and equipment drivers
• Daily worker distribution and problem solving
• Weekly report and explanation to the Congolese government
